Appointments
We welcome advanced reservations and walk-ins. A major credit card is requested to secure multiple services. This information is then held in confidence. For your comfort and well-being, please let us know if you are pregnant. have any special health conditions, prefer a particular provider, or need advice on a service you have not experienced.

Arrivals
If this is your first visit with us, please arrive 15 minutes early. We encourage you to arrive early so you may calmly prepare for your spa services, lounge in our tranquility rooms, and enjoy our complimentary food and beverage bar. If you are delayed, please call to inform us. Should you arrive late, we guarantee the remainder of your appointment time at full charge. Provided there is flexibility in our schedule, every effort will be made to accommodate your complete service.

Cancellations
Please notify Spa Dreams 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your service. Reservations canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Spa Dreams accepts cash, checks, gift certificates, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Atmosphere
Please respect the serenity of the spa environment by speaking softly and turning off all cell phones. We welcome children 14 years or older with an appointment.
No infants / children allowed during any service.

Gift Certificates
We have the perfect gift for every occasion. You can purchase Spa Dreams gift certificates by phone and at the SpaDreams welcome desk. Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Gratuities
Spa pricing does not include gratuity. Our Therapists work on commission and tips. Gratuities may be given in appreciation for outstanding service. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the welcome desk. Gratuities may be added with any method of payment.
